Thinking about Indian Summer

I don't know about you but as a mom of two boys who are constantly at each other all summer long, I am surely ready for school to start up again. My youngest is in the midst of potty training too. He looks so innocent, but he's been giving me quite a run for my money with the bodily functions all over the house. I'm pretty much going insane around these parts...ask any of my friends! Look at this innocent little face, but he's quite the handful:



I'm also in the process (amidst my chaos of shampooing rugs and cleaning up poop) of creating some really fun jewelry for Indian Summer (which if you aren't from around these parts is when it's Fall but feels like summer...it's a short burst of heat to remind us of all the fun we had in the summer months). Here's a sneak piece of an item I created yesterday using a really great leaf focal pendant and paired with orange jade nuggets and yellow round jade.
